Real Estate Search using Google Maps
Would you like to have such interactive way in searching real estate property?Google improved their real estate search using Google Maps. They have added an enhance feature such as markers which shows property listing designated as pins on the map, as well as small circles for other listing using the search results layer. Those markers help you find detailed information about the property.

Although most property are located in metropolitan area, at the very least, you’ll find those valuable information like past owners, titles or deed, mortgage information about the seller, etc.

New Home Sales in MarchThe graph shows new home sales (NSA - Not Seasonally Adjusted).
Note the Red columns for 2009. This is the lowest sales for March since the Census Bureau started tracking sales in 1963. (NSA, 34 thousand new homes were sold in March 2009; the previous low was 36 thousand in March 1982)..

These are the graphical records done by CalculatedRisk for the month of February.The graph shows monthly new home sales (NSA - Not Seasonally Adjusted).

Note the Red column for Feb 2009. This is the lowest sales for January since the Census Bureau started tracking sales in 1963. (NSA, 23 thousand new homes were sold in January 2009).
Total housing starts were at 464 thousand (SAAR) in January, by far the lowest level since the Census Bureau began tracking housing starts in 1959.
Single-family starts were at 347 thousand in January; also the lowest level ever recorded (since 1959).
